Now on this day, the Commission – met with Barry Oliver, who came to discuss the condition of CR 142.

Now on this day, the Commission – met with Chris Vetter, from the State Auditor’s Office. Chris has begun the audit of the county’s procedures and budget this week. The audit
will last approximately 90 days.

Now on this day, the Commission – Dan Miller moved to do a work review by Commission, of LaDon Atkinson’s performance as Road and Bridge Supervisor, as a result moved to raise his
salary by $1500.00 per year. Curt Mitchell seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.

Now on this day, the Commission – Dan Miller moved to make and incremental raise of $.50 per hour to Rhonda Harrison, Courthouse custodian. Curt Mitchell seconded the motion and it
was unanimously approved. Both raises, LaDon’s and Rhonda’s will go into effect on July , 2008.

County’s compliance with laws, requirements for internal control and financial controls. Commission agreed to placing the audit team in the Law Library

Now on this day, the Commission – Mrs. Alfred Billing came by to ask the Commission for some signage on

Now on this day, the Commission – met with Mike Purol of Great River Engineering to look at his evaluation of the three bridges bid earlier. He provided scenario on two of the three
bridges with scenarios. Roy Sisson Jr. moved to hire Mike Purol, engineer for Great River Engineering to design, bid and build bridge #2960001 on Pike 448. Curt Mitchell seconded the motion
and it passed unanimously. Mike Purol will accompany the Commissioners to look at the third bridge on Pike 300 to determine the design possibilities to reduce the cost on the bridge. The
soft match credit will help the county pay for some of the larger, matching funds bridges currently planned. Commission reviewed the small bridge on Pike 300 and decided it could be handled
with a large box culvert rather than a bridge.
